Ask what is charged now, what repeats and what happens after a starting discount ends.
What belongs on the written estimate?
Request lines for the access fee, visits, medicine, tests, delivery and follow-up. Ask whether any of those are included in another line.
Ask what still costs money if no medicine is prescribed. A prescription is an order for your medicine, written by a doctor or other health professional legally permitted to prescribe it.
What about a long commitment?
Read the renewal and cancellation terms before deciding. Ask when cancellation takes effect and what happens to any unused payment.
Compare the next bill with the first bill. Keep the terms beside the estimate so the offer is easier to judge.
