Peptide or treatment?
A peptide is a substance made of tiny parts joined like beads on a short string. Insulin is one example. The word alone does not tell you what treatment you need.
Compounded or approved?
The US agency for medicine review is the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Compounded means prepared to order. As of September 2026, such drugs are not FDA-approved.
Telehealth or a drug menu?
Telehealth is care at a distance. Medical-board guidance says selecting a drug from a menu alone does not meet the care standard.
Licence or a quality rating?
A state licence record shows whether a doctor has permission to practise and whether the board has taken public action over wrongdoing. It does not rate how well the doctor will care for you.
Price or the full bill?
A cash offer and an insurance copay, the patient’s share, are different kinds of price. An access fee can be separate from the medicine charge.
